We are an official Pipedrive Premier Partner providing CRM implementation, training and consulting. This policy applies to dealflow.ro.

We collect only what we need, and most of it you give us directly:

• Name and email address — through the contact forms, the free access request or the newsletter signup
• Phone number — optional, if you choose to provide it
• Job title and company name — in the free Pipedrive access request
• The content of the message you send us
• IP address and usage data — pages visited, referral source, device type
• Your cookie choice, so we do not ask you every time

• To answer your messages and quote requests — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• To process your free Pipedrive access request — same basis (Art. 6(1)(b))
• To send you our newsletter and updates — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time
• To measure traffic and campaign performance — your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a))
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the site working (Art. 6(1)(f))

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf by the providers we need in order to operate:

• Pipedrive — our CRM and the forms on this site
• Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement), Google Tag Manager (tag administration) and reCAPTCHA (form spam protection)
• Hostinger — website hosting
• Meta (Facebook) — the campaign measurement pixel, which only runs after you accept marketing cookies
• Elementor — the accessibility widget

Each is contractually bound to confidentiality and security and may not use your data for its own purposes.

What loads before you choose: the Pipedrive forms, reCAPTCHA and the accessibility widget start before you answer the cookie banner, because the site does not work without them. They receive your IP address but set no tracking cookies. Analytics and Ads do not start until you accept.

Some of the providers listed above may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

Where that happens, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. You can request a copy of these safeguards by writing to sales@dealflow.ro.

We use cookies to remember your choices, measure traffic and assess campaign performance.

• Contact and free access requests that do not lead to work together — 12 months from last contact
• Client data — for the duration of our work together and 3 years afterwards, the general limitation period
• Accounting records — 10 years, as required by Romanian Accounting Law no. 82/1991
• Newsletter subscription — until you withdraw your consent
• Record of your cookie choice — as set out in the Cookie Policy

After these periods we delete the data or anonymise it irreversibly.

In relation to your data you have the right:

• to find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy
• to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• to ask us to erase it
• to ask us to restrict processing
• to receive your data in a portable format
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand

Write to us at sales@dealflow.ro. We reply within one month of receiving your request.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data held in our CRM is limited to the people who need it in order to reply to you.

We may update this policy when what we do with data changes, or when we change the tools we use. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the date of the last update appears below.
